We do not collect data via your usage of your our website, however any sub-contractors that we engage for the purposes of hosting our domain may collect data for their own purposes.
This data may include information on how you access and use our website which is used to improve the service and availability of our website. We ensure that any parties we engage in this manner comply with all aspects of GDPR legislation. Information of the sub-contractors we engage will be made available on request.

What we need
The personal information we collect includes your name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and bank details. We also collect details about your employment including your salary details and tax position. We also collect what is known as “sensitive personal data” and this includes your ethnic origin.
Why we need it
We need to know your personal data to provide you with the administration services you have engaged us to provide. If you do not provide this information, we will be unable to provide the services you have requested. We will not collect any personal data from you which we do not need to act on your behalf or to provide the services we have confirmed we will provide.
What we do with it
All personal data we hold about you will be processed by our staff in the UK. No third parties will have access to your personal data unless there is a legal obligation for us to provide this to them or you have authorised us to do so by providing a signed instruction. Your information is stored on a cloud based system and/or server which are located within the UK. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is processed securely and security is a matter which we take very seriously. Your details will never be passed on (unless requested by you) or sold and we will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long do we keep it?
We will keep your personal data for a minimum of 6 years from the date you terminate our services, after which time it will be destroyed if it is no longer required for any lawful purpose.
